What delivery options are available and how much do they cost?
The Spirit & Grace standard UK delivery charge is £3.95 and Next Day UK Delivery is £6.95. All orders are sent either by Royal Mail First Class, Signed For.  The next day courier is DPD Local, by adding your mobile number or email address at the checkout you will receive tracking information directly from DPD Local.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.  Orders received after 1:00 pm will be sent out the next working day. Orders usually arrive within a maximum of 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if your order still hasn’t been received please email info@spiritandgracegifts.co.uk

I live locally, can I collect my order rather than pay the delivery charge?
During checkout, you can select Free Local Collection from the drop-down list. The £3.95 standard delivery charge will automatically be removed. Orders can be picked up the next working day from the address on our contact us page.

Collections are available Monday to Friday.  Please email info@spiritandgracegifts.co.uk or call 07771 884468 to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Simply print out your order confirmation and bring along to the collection.

Can I specify a different delivery address to my billing address?

You can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. i.e work address.

My order is a gift; can I get it sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, this is not a problem, you can amend the delivery address during checkout. Please also add a note stating this is a gift.  When a delivery address and billing address differ, the invoice will not be included in the parcel.

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered? 
As per standard Royal Mail deliveries, if you are not at home, Royal Mail or our designated courier will leave a card through your door to advise of the delivery attempt and where the parcel has been taken. You will be able to collect your order from your local sorting office or arrange to have it redelivered. This should be arranged with Royal Mail or the courier directly.

Returns – Frequently Asked Questions

I wish to return an item, what is your policy?
I understand that sometimes you change your mind about a style, or you’re not loving the look when it arrives, and Spirit & Grace have no problem with that! You can return any item you don’t love. Spirit & Grace just ask that: – items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please email info@spiritandgracegifts.co.uk to request a Returns Reference Code to include with your return. Items must be returned to unused, as received and in a re-saleable condition, with the original tags & packaging attached.

Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense, therefore for your own protection Spirit & Grace recommend that you return any items via a trackable delivery service and to obtain a proof of postage. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt. Spirit & Grace reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

Spirit & Grace aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), amended June 2014, you are entitled to return an order for a full refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed Spirit & Grace in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, Spirit & Grace does not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.

My Order has arrived damaged or the item received is not what I ordered? 

In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered, Spirit & Grace will arrange with you to have the item returned or disposed of.  If a replacement item is required, this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged, please do not dispose of it before contacting Spirit & Grace. Spirit & Grace will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.  Any information & photographic evidence should be emailed to info@spiritandgracegifts.co.uk

Am I able to cancel or amend an order once I’ve placed it? 
I really hope you won’t want to cancel your order with Spirit & Grace but in the unlikely event that you do, please email info@spiritandgracegifts.co.uk. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched Spirit & Grace will be able to cancel it for you, if it has already left you will need to arrange for the item to be returned at your cost in line with our Returns Policy.
